1. Digital Product Acknowledgment
By purchasing Wise tokens, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Wise tokens are digital content
- You consent to immediate access to the service
- Under EU Directive 2011/83 Article 16(m): consumers waive their right of withdrawal for digital content when performance begins with the consumer's express consent
- Clicking "Purchase" constitutes your acceptance of these terms
2. General Rule: No Refunds
Purchased Wise tokens are:
- ✗Non-refundable
- ✗Non-exchangeable for cash
- ✗Non-transferable to other accounts
- ✗Not available for resale
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds only in these cases:

Double charge: If you were charged twice for the same purchase

Technical failure: If payment was processed but tokens were not credited (and we cannot resolve it)

Service termination: If RecipeWiser permanently shuts down
