Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
In a food processor or finely chop parsley, dill, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix in olive oil until combined to form a herb paste.
Spread the herb mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet, pressing gently to adhere.
