1. What Are Wise Tokens?

Wise tokens are virtual credits used for accessing AI-powered features on RecipeWiser.

• Usage: Tokens are consumed per AI operation (see cost table below)
• Non-transferable: Tokens cannot be transferred to other accounts
• Non-exchangeable: Tokens cannot be exchanged for cash
• Account-bound: Tokens are tied to your RecipeWiser account

2. Pricing & Packages

• Starter Pack: 100 Wise tokens - Free (upon signup)
• Premium Pack: 1,000 Wise tokens - $10
• Chef Pack: 3,000 Wise tokens - $25

Prices are in USD and may be subject to local taxes. Prices may change without prior notice.

3. Token Cost per Operation

Different AI features consume different amounts of tokens:

Token costs are displayed in the app before each operation. Costs may be adjusted as we improve our AI services.

4. Payment Terms

• Secure payment processing via Stripe
• Accepted: Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Tokens credited immediately upon successful payment
• Invoice sent automatically to your email

5. Token Usage

• Tokens are deducted before each AI operation
• If an operation fails due to a system error, contact support for a token credit
• Check your balance anytime in the dashboard
• No daily or monthly usage limits

6. Token Expiration

• Tokens do NOT expire - use them at your own pace
• Tokens are forfeited upon account deletion
• Inactive accounts may be deleted after 12 months

8. Acknowledgment

By purchasing Wise tokens, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that:

• You are buying non-refundable digital content
• You consent to immediate access to the service
• You understand that tokens cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred
